The campsite is about 8km from Burfjord, where it is nestled in a coastal landscape characterised by rocky fjords and snow-covered mountain peaks. Travellers can watch dolphins and orcas in the adjacent Arctic Ocean. The Arctic FjordCamp north of Burfjord is an ideal starting point for fishing and hunting trips as well as hiking and cycling tours. There are also winter sports facilities in the surrounding area.
