Camping with comfort and closeness to nature

The well-kept campsite offers its guests spacious pitches, all of which have electricity. There are also two well-equipped sanitary facilities, a laundry room and Wi-Fi in designated areas of the site. A playground and a volleyball court on the site provide leisure fun for young and old. Snacks and refreshments are available in the small camping shop, while the restaurant serves regional classics. There are also four barbecue areas on the site, which create a rustic and cosy atmosphere on the campsite. At the same time, the site is located far away from large towns and cities, so lovers of peace and seclusion will get their money's worth here. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring on foot. Camp Kargita also rents out bicycles on request. These can be used to easily reach Sakarun Beach, for example, which is around 5 kilometres away. This fine sandy dream beach is located in a sheltered bay with crystal-clear water, which is why children can also swim here without hesitation. For breathtaking hikes along picturesque cliff landscapes, it is worth making a detour to the Telascica Nature Park in the wild south of the island, just 50 kilometres away. Camp Kargita is also just 300 metres from the Veli Rat lighthouse. Built in the 19th century, the lighthouse is one of the largest in the Adriatic and a perfect vantage point for unforgettable sunsets.
