Camping Aix-en-Provence is located on the south-eastern edge of the charming Provençal town in the south of France and is just 10 minutes from the centre. Families with children as well as active holidaymakers will get their money's worth here.
Camping Aix-en-Provence is located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, the historic capital of the Provence region in the south of France. The campsite's extensive grounds are partly situated on a hilltop, with terraces shaded by tall pine trees. The rest is taken up by a meadow and an orchard. The pitches are equipped with electricity as well as waste water and fresh water connections. Guests can also book one of the comfortable rental accommodations, which are characterised by wooden details. The campsite has a heated pool, a paddling pool and a children's playground. A bread roll service and a grocery shop cater for your physical well-being. Dogs are also allowed on the campsite.
The campsite is the ideal starting point for a trip to Aix. As the birthplace of the post-impressionist painter Paul Cézanne, the town pays homage to its famous son in many places. The old town centre with Saint-Sauveur Cathedral is well worth a visit. If you like, take a hike to the summit of Sainte-Victoire. From Aix, it takes less than an hour to reach the magnificent lavender fields of Manosque on the banks of the Durance.
