Located directly on a beautiful beach
Very nice campsite, very clean, always being cleaned. The staff is selected, friendly, and helpful if you have any problems. A pool is not necessary, you have the sea directly in front of the facility with no road in between. However, for our standards, dog owners are preferred, as non-dog owners ar… More

The Aquarius campsite on the east coast of Spain is located directly on the beach of Sant Pere Pescador, which visitors can reach in just a few steps via the beach bar. One of the campsite's highlights is its own windsurfing school. Sailing courses, kitesurfing lessons and diving courses are organised for children and adults by professional instructors. The school also offers guided hikes and bike tours in the Pyrenees.
On the beautiful Costa Brava, not far from the town of Figueres, the fully equipped, family-friendly Aquarius campsite is a delight. Over 400 motorhomes and caravans can be accommodated on an area of eight hectares. The pitches in the shade of the trees offer enough space for an awning and camping furniture. With the correct pitch number, the right pitch can be found quickly despite the size of the site. The local mobile homes are an alternative accommodation option. Bunk beds can be ordered on request when booking. The kitchen with sink, fridge and two-burner hob meets the highest standards. The short walk to the beach at Sant Pere Pescador will delight any travelling party.
The on-site supermarket with bakery stocks international and national groceries as well as Spanish specialities. There is also a lovingly furnished restaurant at Camping Aquarius. Visitors dine in a Spanish ambience on a spacious terrace area, protected from the sun by white sails. Inside the restaurant, a log fire is lit in colder temperatures. In summer, it is advisable to book a table to make sure you get a seat. Smaller snacks are also available in the beach bar and the snack bar at Camping Aquarius. Families will be particularly pleased with the many child-friendly activities that the campsite offers. Young children are looked after by entertainers in the play centre. Slightly older children can explore the adventure playground and there is also a children's water playground in the campsite's own swimming pool to cool off. Family showers and changing cubicles are also available. Active holidaymakers can let off steam at the Aquarius campsite: Billiards, boccia and table tennis are just a few examples. Campers are sure to make new friends quickly during a game on the football pitch. Volleyball and basketball are also on offer. Recovery after sport is also taken care of: the campsite has its own massage centre where campers can book pampering and relaxation packages. The extensive range of services on offer always ensures a positive response from campers.
The beach at Sant Pere Pescador is another way to spend a wonderful holiday. Just a stone's throw from the pitches, a dip in the cool water is always a welcome change. Those who have had enough of sunbathing can look for a cosy spot in the shade.
From the centrally located Aquarius campsite, holidaymakers can quickly and easily reach the eight nature parks on the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees. Camping Aquarius is located right next to the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà nature reserve, which is home to over 300 bird species. In the Cap Roig Botanical Gardens in Calella de Palafrugell, visitors can marvel at plant and tree species from 5 different continents. Cyclists and walkers can explore the coastline of the Costa Brava at their own pace on almost 200 kilometres of signposted paths. But classic sightseeing is also possible from the campsite. A visit to the town of Figueres is a great day trip. In the home town of the painter Salvador Dalí, visitors can not only visit the theatre museum, but also explore the numerous alleyways in the medieval old town.
