On the Catalonian Maresme coast north of Barcelona, the luxurious Camping Sènia Caballo de Mar campsite on the long golden beach leaves nothing to be desired. The campsite in Pineda de Mar is divided by deciduous trees and borders directly on the wide beach with boat hire on the other side of the coastal road. The wonderful pool area with its fast slides and the large playground with bouncy castles also guarantee an entertaining holiday. While the children have fun with the entertainment programme, the adults can work out in the fitness room or compete on the sports field. Delicious maritime dishes are served in the cosy restaurant. There is also a grocery shop on the campsite. In the Montenegre Nature Park just behind Pineda de Mar, there are exciting hiking trails to great viewpoints.
