Not for dog lovers
We (44/42/15) have now been at one of the dog owners' pitches at Capalonga for a week. Right from the start, if you go on holiday with a dog, it's better not to stay here at the site! The pitches for dog owners are directly to the left at the entrance. This makes the pathways extremely long! For dog… More

Camping Capalonga delights holidaymakers with its exclusive location on the headland between the lagoon and the Adriatic coast of Bibione. Campers can look forward to a wide range of leisure activities, cheerful holiday guests and many bathing opportunities on the Italian Adriatic coast near the lagoon city of Venice.
There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the campsite, where families with children in particular feel at home from the very first moment. In the late evening hours, it is usually extremely quiet, so relaxing nights are guaranteed.
The highlight of the Capalonga campsite is its wonderful location on the kilometre-long sandy beach on the Mediterranean coast of Bibione. Campers can reach the campsite's private beach in just a few steps and find a true beach paradise with wonderful sunbathing areas, deckchairs and parasols.
Especially in the sunny summer months, Camping Capalonga is the ideal place for a camping holiday with the whole family. The dreamlike surroundings and the great service ensure relaxing days on the beach and swimming fun in the warm Mediterranean. Wonderful sunsets are included free of charge. This makes camping fun!
Camping Capalonga offers spacious pitches by the sea, the lagoon or in the beautiful green areas in the old pine forest. The pitches for holidaymakers are all parcelled out and offer 220 volt electricity connections. Campers without their own motorhome can instead stay in the cosy and well-equipped mobile homes with garden views, on the tent pitch or in a rental caravan.
In addition to the rental accommodation, Camping Capalonga also offers boat moorings and slipways for guests with their own boat. Perfect for holidaymakers who are only planning a short stay on this beautiful corner of the Adriatic coast. Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the campsite at no extra cost.
The sanitary facilities are all in a well-kept condition. Many of the cabins are barrier-free and easily accessible for wheelchair users. Several nice restaurants with local specialities and the beach bar with a great sea view cater for your physical well-being. There is also a well-stocked supermarket for self-catering.
With the huge range of leisure activities on offer, you will certainly not be bored at the Capalonga campsite. The centrepiece of the site is the large water park with swimming pool, whirlpool and a shallow paddling pool for toddlers and babies. Water slides, the children's playground and lots of water games keep the little ones entertained. Meanwhile, parents can relax at the chic pool bar.
Camping Capalonga also has a lot to offer away from the pool area. In the summer months, the entertainment team keeps young and old entertained with music performances, sports tournaments and a mini club for children. Thanks to boat hire, guests without a boat licence can also explore the lagoon on their own. The hotel's own sailing school and windsurfing and kitesurfing school also offer exciting experiences, with regular courses for beginners.
Sports-loving campers will feel right at home at the Capalonga campsite. There are beach volleyball courts, beach tennis courts and table tennis tables right on the beach. Guests can also go canoeing and sea kayaking, do archery, take part in football tournaments or attend one of the numerous sports courses.
Those who like to keep fit on holiday will also find a fully equipped fitness room on the campsite, which is free of charge for campsite guests. And if you simply want to relax, the wellness centre is the place to be. Here you can pamper yourself in the sauna, at the ice waterfall and with various massages while enjoying the panoramic view of the Venice lagoon.
Campers who want to take their four-legged friends with them on holiday have their own dog area at Camping Capalonga with special pitches and accommodation for pets. The campsite also has a dog agility course where dogs can let off steam and play. There is also a cabin with a dog shower where you can wash and dry your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the other areas of the campsite.
If you don't want to spend all your time on the campsite, there are plenty of options. The site's location on the Adriatic coast of northern Italy makes it the perfect starting point for day trips to the northern foothills of the Alps or to the famous lagoon city of Venice with landmarks such as the Bridge of Sighs or St Mark's Basilica.
Alternatively, you can take a walk to the pretty town centre of Bibione Pineda, which is just 500 metres away and offers many shopping opportunities. Thanks to bike hire, the slightly wider surroundings with their pretty fishing villages are also easy to explore. The tranquil lagoon is perfect for boating.
