Unfortunately taboo for dogs at the lake and lawn
Frustrating for dog owners that you cannot go on the lawn or in the lake. The dog lawn is a bad joke. Staff could be in a better mood. Otherwise, a very nice place.

Thanks to its location right next to a clear bathing lake, the campsite is perfect for water lovers. The youngest guests will also enjoy the adventure playground and the varied programme during the holidays.
The pitches at the barrier-free Clausensee campsite near Waldfischbach-Burgalben in the South West Palatinate are nestled between a dense forest and a picturesque bathing lake. The comfort pitches offer electricity as well as fresh water and waste water connections. Guests can decide whether they want to pitch their tent directly by the lake or by the babbling brook. Dogs are welcome at the campsite and can refresh themselves in the stream. The friendly team also offers a bread roll service. A full breakfast is also available in the restaurant on request. The umbrella bar with beer garden serves Palatinate specialities, tarte flambée and many other delicacies. There is also a bistro and a rustic pub on the campsite. The approx. 4 hectare bathing lake directly on the campsite is ideal for cooling off. Thanks to the gently sloping shore, even the youngest children will feel at home. There is also a pedal boat hire service. Families love meeting up in the playground, where the little ones can let off steam on the climbing frames and slides. The campsite is also an insider tip for anglers: you can buy a daily or weekly ticket at reception and fish trout, carp and pike from the lake.
