Camping Elbeling

Camping Elbeling is located in the charming Lüneburg Heath and borders directly on the "Flusslandschaft Elbe" nature reserve, which has been declared a UNESCO natural heritage site. The proximity to many excursion destinations and the extensive facilities of the campsite promise a varied and relaxing nature holiday.

Guests can enjoy peace and privacy on the 110 mostly parcelled-out pitches, which measure between 100 and 150 square metres. There are tall trees in the meadow area that provide protection from the wind and shade. The approximately 4-hectare campsite is open all year round and also welcomes dogs. Wi-Fi on the camping site, electricity and water connections and well-kept sanitary facilities ensure comfort. While the children can look forward to a playground, the adjacent outdoor pool is a popular meeting place for young and old, especially in summer. The kiosk is the place to go for refreshments and fresh bread rolls every day. The restaurant belonging to the campsite also offers breakfast and a selection of food and drinks in the evening. The campsite is also popular due to its location close to natural and cultural excursion destinations. In particular, the banks of the River Elbe, just 200 metres away, and the surrounding densely wooded nature reserve with its numerous hiking and cycling trails are an ideal starting point for varied day trips into the countryside. Even the centre of the Hamburg metropolitan region can be reached quickly at a distance of around 67 km. With sights such as the Elbphilharmonie concert hall and the Maritime Museum, a visit to the Hanseatic city is worthwhile even in bad weather.
