Camping Hasenmühle

Hasenmühle is located in the Franconian Hahnenkamm low mountain range, which captivates nature lovers with its small streams, lush forests and picturesque hills. Combined with a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable facilities, the campsite is an excellent place for a relaxing holiday.

Family-run campsite surrounded by idyllic nature

The approximately 2-hectare campsite has 40 partially parcelled pitches. These are surrounded by natural hornbeam hedges and offer plenty of space and privacy with a size of between 100-120 square metres. The dog-friendly campsite also has a playground for younger campers. Electricity, cooking facilities, well-kept sanitary facilities and WLAN are also part of the facilities. The wide range of leisure activities in the region are particularly worthy of mention. The Romans once settled in this historically valuable area. A visit to the Villa Rustica, just 5 kilometres away, or the Roman Museum in the town of Weißenburg, 25 kilometres away, will teach guests interesting facts about the historical settlement of this area. Nature lovers in particular will get their money's worth on the many nearby hiking and cycling trails. The campsite is not far from the 18 circular trails of the Hahnenkamm. With a length of between 3 km and 15 km, there is something for everyone. A 23 km long cycle path, which runs not far from the campsite, is ideal for a day trip with refreshment stops. The friendly staff are also happy to provide guests with further tips and maps. On warm summer days, a detour to the nearby shores of Lake Hahnenkamm is also worthwhile.
