At the multi-award-winning Camping Jungfrau, well-being, closeness to nature and many leisure options are at the forefront at any time of year. Whether in summer or winter, the campsite is an ideal base for an active holiday in the Bernese Alps. The nearby region is characterised by numerous hiking trails, quickly accessible ski slopes and the constant panorama of the surrounding peaks. The Jungfrau campsite offers plenty of space and a natural atmosphere. Another of the campsite's highlights is the excellent view of the Staubbach waterfall. At almost 300 metres, it is the highest in Switzerland.
Cleanliness and high-quality facilities are particularly important at Camping Jungfrau. Campers can therefore look forward to extremely well-kept pitches and always clean sanitary facilities. Even more convenience is provided by the Wi-Fi connection throughout the site and power connections directly at the spacious pitches. The site also has a child- and dog-friendly atmosphere, which invites you to enjoy a varied holiday with the whole family. Younger guests can let off steam in the playground. The campsite restaurant Weidstübli serves delicious regional dishes. The camping shop also sells all the essentials and fresh bread rolls every day. During the warmer months of the year, the landscape around Camping Jungfrau offers countless hiking routes. A family-friendly hike to Grütschalp, around 10 kilometres away, offers unforgettable views of the mountains, including the famous Eiger. As the campsite rents out bicycles and the area is excellently developed for mountain biking, it is an excellent place to explore on two wheels. In summer, Lake Brienz, just 15 kilometres away, is also a popular nature excursion destination. Here, visitors can hire kayaks and surfboards or take an adventurous ride on a jet boat. In the colder months, the surrounding ski areas in the Lauterbrunnen Valley with over 150 kilometres of pistes and cross-country ski trails offer winter fun for young and old.
