Anyone planning a holiday at Camping Jungfrau can look forward to restful nights. During the day, the youngest children can have fun in the paddling pool. Adults will be impressed by the view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, making swimming in the deep blue waters of Lake Thun a special treat. The good motorway connections make for a relaxed journey. Guests particularly appreciate the attractive location between Lake Thun and the tourist magnet of Interlaken.
At 560 metres above sea level, Camping Jungfrau welcomes its guests in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. The holiday resort covers a total area of 2.5 hectares. There are 35 pitches for camping guests in front of a beautiful mountain panorama. Each pitch has its own electricity connection. WLAN is available to all holidaymakers throughout the resort. Cleanliness is a top priority in the sanitary facilities and other communal facilities. Hot showers and a baby changing room are a matter of course. There are also washing machines and tumble dryers. Dishes can be easily cleaned in the separate sinks. Holiday guests arriving by caravan or motorhome can expect modern supply and disposal facilities. The grocery shop stocks everything you need for your daily needs - from breakfast rolls to sun cream. Those who prefer to indulge in culinary delights can enjoy freshly prepared meals in the campsite restaurant. The campsite's own swimming pool invites you to enjoy a dip in Lake Thun. A modern playground offers children plenty of space to let off steam. The tennis court and golf course are particularly popular with active holidaymakers. By the way: the campsites in the greater Interlaken area have been given numbers to make it even easier and more convenient for holidaymakers to find them by following the signs on the access roads.
There is a bus stop just 20 metres from the gates of the Camping Jungfrau holiday complex, providing easy access to many excursion destinations in the Bernese Oberland. Alternatively, the centre of the town of Interlaken is just a 15-minute walk away. The picturesque location of Camping Jungfrau is ideal for adventurous discovery tours in the region. Whether it's a panoramic hiking tour in the surrounding mountains, the thrill of paragliding, water sports or a bike tour: active sports enthusiasts can enjoy a colourful range of varied activities. The thrilling open-air play William Tell on the natural stage in the Rugenwald forest in Matten is known far beyond the borders of the canton of Bern. More than 170 actors make the performance of Friedrich Schiller's drama an unforgettable experience.
