Camping Koren

The attractive Koren campsite in Slovenia will delight families with its wide range of leisure activities and facilities for children. The campsite is also ideal for active holidaymakers and nature lovers thanks to its wide range of sports facilities and proximity to Triglav National Park.

A picturesque campsite surrounded by nature

Camping Koren welcomes its guests 600 m from the centre of Kobarid in north-western Slovenia. The flat meadow is interspersed with bushes and deciduous trees and comprises two terraces and numerous terraces on a wooded slope. The campsite is idyllically situated on the steep banks of the River Soča, surrounded by mountains and forests. There are 80 pitches for holidaymakers spread over a total area of 4 hectares. Facilities include 24 CEE sockets, dishwashing sinks, washing machines and tumble dryers. Campers can empty cassette toilets and waste water tanks. Self-catering campers will find covered cooking facilities and a grocery shop on site, and holidaymakers can order snacks from the snack bar for in-between meals. The sanitary facilities have a baby changing room and a cubicle for guests with limited mobility. There are also herb gardens and a small animal enclosure, and Wi-Fi access is available in the reception and restaurant areas. The comfortable campsite by the River Soča impresses with a wide range of sports and leisure activities for the whole family. Active campers can take part in the varied sports programme or keep fit with beach volleyball. There is a golf course 12 km from the campsite. Holidaymakers can also take part in guided hikes and mountain bike tours through the nearby Triglav National Park, hire kayaks and bikes or overcome their limits in the high ropes course. A varied entertainment programme is regularly organised for children and adults.
