Flat, partially slightly sloping grassy terrain with trees and hedges. Situated in the middle of an extensive leisure park with a lake of approximately 60 hectares (motorboats and boats over 4.70 m prohibited).
Access to water
Approximately 170 m long and up to 25 m wide sloping sandy beach with adjacent grass area and wooden benches.
