On the Atlantic coast near the town of Arès to the west of Bordeaux, the small campsite Camping Les Abberts offers wonderfully relaxing holidays for the whole family on the beach and by the large pool area. The pitches under spreading, shady treetops and the comfortable mobile homes with bathroom, kitchenette and terrace are located close to the Bassin d'Arcachon marine nature park. The wide beach on the Atlantic is 15 minutes away by car. The large pool area with slides and whirlpool and the children's playground are attractive for young and old alike. In bad weather, the indoor pool 6 km away is a good option. A good restaurant and a grocery shop are just a few minutes' walk away. You can easily reach other restaurants in Arès by hire bike.
Small, but fine and relaxing place with friendly staff. Perfect for unwinding.
