Camping Les Amiaux on the French Côte de Lumière near the popular seaside resort of Saint-Jean-de-Monts is a holiday spot that leaves nothing to be desired. The attraction of the campsite, around 5 km north of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, is the long Plage de la Parée du Jonc beach, just 800 metres away. The waves are low and the sea slopes only slowly. There are also several pools with slides, a sauna and children's entertainment on site. The sports programme ranges from beach volleyball and archery to golf (5 km away) and fitness training. A restaurant serves specialities from the sea. The private kitchen can be replenished in the grocery shop. The VE station is a much appreciated service.
Beautifully located place by the forest with old trees and well-kept pitches.

Those who like it organized feel good.
Clean and organized. The place is full of no-entry signs. Our family was thrown out of the swimming pool for wearing too long swimwear, even women are not allowed to cover their hips. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but there is no toilet paper and no option to dry hands. The areas are nice,… More
