Canceled early, no refund due to clauses, disappointing
We were not at the place which was surely very beautiful. We booked on June 2nd for 4 days from June 22nd to June 26th, 2024. A few hours later, on the same day, we canceled for personal reasons and requested a refund of the price fully paid with the booking. This was refused, referencing their term… More
