Flat area, densely covered with poplar trees and some other deciduous trees. Pitches divided by hedges. Located between the road, football field, and the Agay river.
Note
In this area, the coastal road is accompanied by a railway line for long stretches. The sometimes very busy road and rail traffic can cause disturbances in peace and quiet.
