On the northern shore of Lake Idro, Camping Miralago in Baitoni promises peaceful holidays in Trentino. Framed by the foothills of the Dolomites, the lake is surrounded by a picturesque landscape of meadows, dark green forests and grassy mountain slopes. There is a beautiful pebble beach right next to the dog-friendly campsite with pitches for motorhomes and caravans. Swimming, sailing and surfing are popular leisure activities. The Upper Italian Alpine lake has also made a name for itself as a fishing spot with plenty of fish. The campsite is also an ideal starting point for birdwatching in the neighbouring Canneto d'Idro nature reserve or setting off on a lake cruise. The Castello San Giovanni castle, which sits imposingly on a rocky outcrop near Bondone, offers a breathtaking view of Lake Idro.
