Camping Praia da Barra is beautifully situated directly on the picture-book beach of the same name on the Portuguese Atlantic coast. The charming site in the north of a peninsula is particularly popular with beach holidaymakers, who can expect perfect conditions for long, sunny days on the beach in the warm summer months. The winds here are also ideal for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The campsite in the municipality of Gafanha de Nazaré also has a multi-purpose sports field, bike hire and even a mini-golf course. With the bread roll service, guests can have their first meal of the day delivered directly to their doorstep, and there is also a snack bar, a restaurant and a grocery shop to cater for other culinary needs.
