Camping Salatà is located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast in Catalonia on a tree-covered 3.8-hectare site. The campsite boasts a family atmosphere and upmarket facilities. The 180 pitches are equipped with electricity and Wi-Fi is available throughout the site. The premium pitches, which are up to 100 square metres in size, also offer fresh water and waste water connections. The campsite's amenities naturally also include a well-stocked mini-market and a pizzeria. Holiday guests can also experience relaxing moments in the modern wellness oasis. Here, the sauna and jacuzzi as well as a wide range of treatments including full-body massages and aromatherapy ensure moments of well-being. Right next to the spa, the pool invites you to cool off. Excursions in and around Roses

The kilometre-long sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk from the campsite. Couples can enjoy long walks here, while families can have fun in the Mediterranean. A trip to the centre of Roses, 2 km from Camping Salatà, is also worthwhile. Its landmark is the mighty, free-standing citadel. The museum housed within the historic walls provides information about the history of the town from ancient times through the Middle Ages to the present day. If you want to get to know the fascinating landscape of the Catalonian coast better, visit the Aiguamolls de lEmpordà nature reserve. The wetlands between the Fluvià and Muga rivers are particularly easy to explore on foot or by bike. Many of the 300 bird species living in the region, including storks and herons, can be observed in the nature reserve.
