The campsite, where dogs are also allowed, stands out primarily due to its wide range of leisure activities. The directly accessible bathing lake is particularly popular with young and old alike in summer, with an approximately 360 metre long bathing beach, a 64 metre long water slide and a separate nudist area. The associated catering facilities with a sun terrace also provide the necessary refreshment with tasty snacks and drinks. With pedal boat hire, fishing and even diving options, you can spend a varied holiday at the reservoir. As a special feature, the campsite even has its own summer toboggan run. The 500 metre long run with an outstanding panoramic view of the lake is one of the highlights for young guests. Also worth mentioning is the possibility of organising private parties for up to 40 people on the site. A visit to the centre of Chemnitz, which is only around 25 km away, also offers plenty to do outside the campsite. With the Gunzenhauser Museum, the Chemnitz art collections, the archaeological museum and the city's industrial museum, there are plenty of sights to see here that are fun whatever the weather.
