The quiet family campsite with its slightly terraced natural location and a few tall trees offers great views of the mountain scenery at all times, which you can discover directly from your holiday accommodation. It is only a few steps from Camping Toblacher See to two sandy beaches, which invite you to enjoy a wonderful swim in the crystal-clear water in summer. If you come in winter, you can skate here or enjoy the mountain scenery on a snowshoe hike or on one of the cross-country ski trails that run right past the campsite. The three ski lifts in Dobbiaco provide fast descents. Thanks to the drying room at the campsite, winter sports equipment is quickly ready for the next use. Anglers can catch their own dinner in Lake Dobbiaco. The lovingly furnished shop on the campsite has everything you need for everyday use. For those who don't want to cook for themselves, the campsite restaurant serves excellent dishes - from traditional Tyrolean dishes to pizza and delicious fish variations. To get rid of the traces of mountain, forest, winter and water sports on your clothes, the campsite has a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room. The modern sanitary building offers customised washing and shower facilities for children as well as 18 bathrooms for hire. The 125 pitches are equipped with electricity, some with water and waste water connections and free Wi-Fi.

Lake Dobbiaco: also full of experiences all round

There are a whole host of natural beauties to explore in the area around Lake Dobbiaco. Whether viewed up close and equipped with hiking boots and crampons or seen from the valley: The large peaks, from the Toblacher Pfannhorn (2,663 m) to the Drei Zinnen (up to 2,999 m) are always worth a look. An excursion to the 2,810 m high Seekofel, at the foot of which the romantic Pragser Wildsee lake sparkles, is also particularly worthwhile. The nearby Gustav Mahler Wildlife Park offers the opportunity to marvel at the local wildlife with the whole family. The Acquafun Alpine adventure pool in San Candido, 8 km away, offers fun and relaxation for all ages with its colourful water attractions and diverse sauna area. Kneipp fans will be delighted by Villabassa with its healing springs and its extraordinary Kneipp Active Park.
