The location of Camping Tvinde is spectacular, directly below the imposing Tvindefossen waterfall that gives the site its name. The campsite is in a secluded location surrounded by forests and several streams in the municipality of Voss in the Norwegian province of Vestland. The campsite is a small, family-run site that is a good starting point for excursions into Norway's impressive natural landscape. Rafting tours are also a popular leisure activity. The pitches are meadow and tarmac pitches with a view of the waterfall as a special feature.

Wavy meadow area at the foot of a high cliff with a waterfall, intersected by two streams and bounded by a third. The rear part can be covered by spray rain from the massive waterfall during snowmelt.
