Surrounded by the Moselle on one side and romantic vineyards on the other is the romantic town of Ediger-Eller in Rhineland-Palatinate. The centre has retained its original character with its numerous picturesque half-timbered buildings. Just a few hundred metres away is the Camping zum Feuerberg directly on the river. The long, approximately 2-hectare site is quiet and very close to the Calmont and the popular Moselsteig hiking trail. Numerous bathing spots on the banks of the Moselle invite you to splash around. The campsite also has its own pool for cooling off. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the numerous activities on offer: sailing, fishing, motor boating or swimming in the river. Guests with children can look forward to a family-friendly leisure programme, ranging from table tennis and table football to letting off steam in the playground. The events regularly organised by the dedicated staff are a great way to socialise. These include karaoke evenings and live music. Food and drink are also always provided. A snack bar on the campsite caters for guests with takeaway coffee, ice cream and drinks. There is also an in-house pub where you can recharge your batteries. There are also several wine bars and restaurants in Edinger-Eller that spoil you with regional delicacies.
