The 3.3-hectare campsite is open all year round and also welcomes dogs. There are a total of 70 pitches for holidaymakers, which offer shade and protection from the wind thanks to the many deciduous trees on the site. Washrooms, well-kept sanitary facilities, electricity and free Wi-Fi hotspots ensure a comfortable stay. Situated in the middle of the Hessian mountains, the site offers wonderfully fresh air and a close connection to the surrounding nature. There is also something for younger guests in the form of a playground, a volleyball court and a football pitch. The direct access to the outdoor pool next to the site is not only popular with children. With a children's area, slides, a diving tower and a swimming pool, the whole family can spend relaxing hours here, especially on warm days. A snack bar with a variety of snacks and fresh pastries is available every day. The surrounding area also has something to offer both nature and culture lovers with a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails, a nearby bathing lake and the proximity to cosy towns such as Homburg and Schwalmstadt. Geocaching, the modern way of treasure hunting, is also a popular activity in the region for young and old.
