Well-equipped campsite near Lake Chiemsee

The charming town of Prien am Chiemsee is within walking distance of the Hofbauer campsite. Holidaymakers can reach the town centre on a leisurely walk of around half an hour. In addition to bathing beaches and water sports facilities, there is a wide range of shops and restaurants. On boat trips across Lake Chiemsee, holidaymakers can enjoy views of wild and romantic orchards, the Chiemgau Alps and densely wooded regions. The Hofbauer campsite is located close to the A8 motorway and can be reached from there in just a few minutes. The well-equipped site awaits its guests with mostly parcelled-out pitches, which have a total of 80 CEE sockets. With a plot size of 60 to 100 square metres, contact with neighbours can be maintained, but there is still plenty of privacy. Rental accommodation is also available on the site - from spacious two-storey holiday flats to mobile homes and sleeping barrels. Free Wi-Fi is also available in some areas of the campsite, including on some pitches, at reception and in the "Stüberl" restaurant. The latter is known for its good Bavarian cuisine, including pork knuckle and grilled chicken. For a cosy breakfast, the campsite offers fresh bread rolls every day. The comfort facilities also include laundry and washing-up sinks, a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also facilities for supplying and disposing of camper vans and emptying cassette toilets.
