The Hübich-Alm campsite is situated at an altitude of around 430 metres, surrounded by dense forests. In a quiet, secluded location, it lies at the western foothills of the Harz Mountains with its many opportunities for active hiking excursions. The town centre of Bad Grund with its small shopping facilities is a 1 km walk from the campsite. Many shady trees line the pitches on the natural meadow area. A small speciality is the historic mausoleum on the site.
