Many pitches offer a beautiful view of the water thanks to their location on the shore. It is only a ten-minute walk to the centre of Trendelburg with its cosy half-timbered houses. Hofgeismar is the next largest town around 11 kilometres away.

A bathing area at the campsite invites you to take a refreshing dip in the Diemel. There is a water playground for children. The campsite's own restaurant is an alternative to self-catering. Guests can quickly strike up a conversation at the kiosk. Bread rolls or a full breakfast can be pre-ordered on request. Play a game of table tennis on the site with your family or new camping friends and enjoy a cosy campfire in the evening.
