Eurocamping (Playa de Oliva)

At Eurocamping in Oliva, holidaymakers focus on the adjacent sea beach. In midsummer temperatures, cooling off in the Mediterranean is extremely beneficial. Just a few metres from your own pitch, the whole family can relax on the sand or get active at Eurocamping. The campsite also offers a number of cultural highlights within an hour's drive.

Eurocamping and its amenities

The campsite near the motorway welcomes its visitors on almost 300 adequately sized pitches. These have everything necessary for the supply and disposal of motorhomes. In addition, the usual amenities such as hot showers, washing machines and tumble dryers are available. There is also a restaurant on the Eurocamping site with a large sun terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the beach and the sea while you eat. There is also a snack bar for small appetites. Self-catering guests can either shop in the small grocery shop on site or do their shopping in the town centre of Olivia, 3.5 km away. The campsite is barrier-free for wheelchair users, and the sanitary cabins are also adapted for special needs. There is an entertainment programme for younger guests and a playground where children can let off steam during the day. The sports programme at Eurocamping includes a golf course and beach volleyball, where new friends are often made. The entertainment programme for adults starts in the evening. However, as is usual in Spain due to the temperatures, the programme starts relatively late in the evening and ends late. Other options for evening entertainment include a long walk along the Mediterranean coast or making use of the free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite.

The best destination for a day trip: Valencia

Probably the most famous destination for Eurocamping holidaymakers is Valencia. About an hour's drive away, you will find culture in all its forms. This includes an old town centre that invites you to stroll around, the pompous Art Nouveau market hall and Valencia Cathedral. However, the most famous landmark is now the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias at the harbour. A planetarium, the Oceanogràfic aquarium and an interactive science museum have recently been opened there. Another tourist attraction is the Bioparc Valencia. Here you can meet animals, mainly of African origin. When designing the artificial habitat, meticulous care was taken to recreate the animals' homeland as closely as possible.
