Campsite with its own beach
With sweeping views over the largest lake in the Netherlands, the tranquil EuroParcs Hindeloopen invites you to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday on the IJsselmeer. The holiday park is located south of the charming town of Hindeloopen, right by the water. The detached holiday homes are located on a mostly flat meadow area and are designed for two to ten people. In addition to a modern ambience, they also have their own veranda for relaxing in the fresh air. Another highlight is the private beach, which invites you to sunbathe and build sandcastles. Children can also have lots of fun in the campsite's own playground. During the summer holidays, the holiday park also offers a colourful entertainment programme full of shows, creative workshops and sporting activities.
Camping with various water sports facilities
EuroParcs Hindeloopen has stand-up paddle boards for hire so that campers can explore the inland waters of the holiday park and the IJsselmeer lake by paddle. Swimming and boating are also very popular. But Hindeloopen is not just a popular water sports centre. With its cobbled streets, romantic captain's houses and narrow wooden bridges, this beautiful town is also known as the Frisian Venice. The town museum with local costumes and typical hand-painted furniture is well worth a visit. Excursions to the traditional towns of Workum and Sneek and cycle tours through the countryside also provide unforgettable impressions.
