EuroParcs Wörthersee is situated on a slightly elevated position on the southern shore of the lake in the Austrian market town of Schiefling. Surrounded by wooded hills, Lake Wörthersee is just 500 metres away and can be reached quickly via a footpath. The private bathing jetty invites you to sunbathe and swim in the water, which is up to 28 °C warm. The holiday park also boasts a beautifully terraced meadow area with pitches for motorhomes and comfortable rental accommodation. There is also a caravan park. Camping with dogs is possible in all accommodation. Families with children can enjoy a cosy games room. In the campsite's own reception building there is a market with everyday necessities and genuine regional specialities.

Just 3 km from the holiday park, the Schiefling lido offers activities such as surfing and water skiing. To marvel at the famous Wörthersee architecture with its magnificent villas and bathhouses, we recommend a tour on the Wörthersee boat trip from Velden. There are also a variety of cycling and hiking trails around the turquoise waters. A fascinating destination is the 772 metre-high Kathreinkogel, which houses the House of Archaeology on its plateau with archaeological finds dating back thousands of years. The Carinthian capital of Klagenfurt, famous for its historic old town and the miniature world of Minimundus, is also well worth a visit.
