Wake up and be surrounded by the sea - that's how holidaymakers start their day at the First Camp Gunnarsö-Oskarshamn campsite. Guests can choose between pitches of various sizes or camping cabins, which are also available in different sizes and with different facilities. The location right by the sea is ideal for sunbathing, swimming and various water sports. For example, pedal boats, SUP boards, canoes and rowing boats are available for hire. There is also a 10-metre high diving platform and an adventure mini golf course. Anglers will be delighted by the variety of sea fish and crabs. There are separate beach areas for children and a small pool with seawater for toddlers. Children can have fun with Yessi, the campsite mascot, as part of the entertainment programme and adults are also entertained with various shows in the evenings during the summer. The campsite also has a bistro and a camping shop that provides guests with fresh bread rolls, groceries and camping accessories.

Oskarshamn, the harbour town

The beautiful Swedish countryside is best explored on foot or by bike. Just a few minutes by bike from the campsite is the town centre of Oskarshamn with its characteristic colourful Swedish houses. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants to browse and linger. Of course, you should also visit the ferry harbour, from where guests can set off on exploratory trips to various islands. The long beach promenade is also particularly beautiful and is ideal for long walks accompanied by the sound of the waves.
