The island belongs to the Croatian county of Primorje-Gorski kotar, which lies to the east of Istria. The island in the Adriatic Sea is characterised by picturesque stretches of shingle coastline, although there are also some bays with fine sand. Ježevac Premium Camping Resort has a total of 421 pitches for holidaymakers, 311 of which are parcelled out and range in size from 60 to 100 m². This means there is plenty of space for families and holiday groups. On the entire site, which covers an impressive 11 hectares, there are also 129 rental accommodation units and 164 pitches for permanent campers. Sights and activities on the island of Krk

The many bathing bays on Krk invite you to sunbathe, relax, dive and enjoy various water sports. Kitesurfing and windsurfing are particularly popular here. The centre of the island, on the other hand, is perfect for hiking through the largely untouched nature, where you will be rewarded time and again with spectacular views. Visits to the Biserujka špilja underground cave and the Nehaj fortress are also highly recommended. The latter was built in 1558 and today serves as a museum dedicated to the history of the island. The capital of Krk, which can be easily reached on foot from the Ježevac Premium Camping Resort, is known for its harbour tower from the early 15th century and the square tower Kula, which was built here in the 12th century.
