Level terrain divided by different heights and dense hedges as well as some trees, separated from the Deichstraße by a belt of bushes. To the south of the site is a large holiday home settlement, to the east is a bungalow complex. Also located there is the 'Swim Paradise'.

Condition of the pitches leaves much to be desired
The campsite has aged. It gives the impression that on many fronts, maintenance and care are being cut back. Grass areas and green spaces are untidy.
