The KNAUS Campingpark Lackenhäuser is the perfect place for the perfect family holiday: Here you can discover the amazing secrets of the forest together with your children, but many other leisure activities also await holiday guests here.
KNAUS Campingpark Lackenhäuser is located at the foot of the sunny southern slope of the Dreisesselberg in Lower Bavaria. Here you can enjoy a restful holiday full of relaxation and tranquillity. Thanks to its proximity to the Bavarian Forest National Park, you can experience ideal recreational and sports opportunities all year round as well as fascinating nature experiences with unique animal and plant life in unspoilt nature. Another highlight is the "stony sea". This springs on the southern slope of the Dreisessel, directly on the main ridge of the Plöckenstein. Huge rocks are stacked on top of each other over an area of 9 hectares. A rewarding hiking destination with marvellous views. The interactive forest educational and adventure trail with access directly at the park is a great way for young and old to rediscover the forest with its numerous interactive stations. Hiking trails, cycle paths and mountain bike trails around the park round off the wide range of activities on offer. Winter sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The top Hochficht ski area with its pistes and the neighbouring Langlau cross-country ski trails with access directly at the park offer fun in the snow for beginners, advanced skiers and pros. The park's own children's ski and tubing lift guarantees winter fun for young winter sports enthusiasts too.
The KNAUS Campingpark Lackenhäuser campsite is open all year round and delights holiday guests not only with its idyllic location, but also with its modern facilities and well-kept campsite area. There is plenty of variety on offer here, which particularly appeals to families with children. A large forest playground and a petting zoo make children's eyes light up. There is a great entertainment programme every year, and "Kirche unterwegs" also offers other activities. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking or cycling tours. Bikes can be hired directly at the campsite, so nothing stands in the way of a great discovery tour. In addition to the indoor pool, there is also a natural outdoor pool for water lovers. Here you can enjoy relaxing hours in the best weather. The quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the campsite will recharge your batteries. The pitches are located on the extensive meadow area of the campsite. Various deciduous and coniferous trees break up the area. A restaurant takes care of your physical well-being.
