There are pitches ranging in size from 45 to more than 75 square metres, so that even campers with XXL motorhomes can park comfortably. The sanitary building, which also has a lovingly designed children's area, was completely renovated in 2019 and offers well-maintained facilities. Visitors appreciate the quiet and informal atmosphere of Lagocamp-Parkcamping Maccagno, which is livened up in high season with lively themed events with live music, cocktail parties and wine evenings. Children can also look forward to playgrounds, table tennis tables and table football. The holiday resort has bikes and stand-up paddle boards for hire for active holidaymakers. Just 15 minutes' drive north on the border with Switzerland, the village of Zenna promises excellent conditions for windsurfing. Every Wednesday, travellers can buy fresh food, clothing and everyday items at auction at the huge market in neighbouring Luino.
