The Oasi Park Falconara campsite in the far south-east of Sicily is a convenient base for exploring the churches and palaces of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Noto, south of Syracuse. The Spiaggia di Calabernardo beach, which is surrounded by good restaurants, is just a few minutes' walk away. Directly opposite the campsite is a restaurant serving delicious maritime dishes. Some of the pitches are shaded by trees, others are parcelled out with hedges. WLAN is available throughout the site. For larger purchases, there are supermarkets in the town of Noto, around 8 kilometres away. Golfers will find a well-maintained green at the Mon Mar Country Club north-west of Noto. The complete supply and disposal station is ideal for campers.
