The total area of the campsite is just under 8 hectares, with a total of 70 pitches available for holidaymakers. To ensure the most comfortable stay possible, the site is equipped with electricity connections as well as well-maintained sanitary facilities and washrooms. One of the highlights for young and old alike is the direct access to a natural bathing lake, whose wooded banks create a natural atmosphere on the campsite. Fishing is also permitted here. Other leisure facilities include a playground for children and a mini-golf course for varied family fun. But there is also plenty to see outside the campsite. There is something for everyone with a visit to the Sottrum family park, approx. 6 km away, with lots of child-friendly activities or Derneburg Castle, which was built in the 12th century and is only 2 km away. Just 16 kilometres away, a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed old town of Hildesheim is also highly recommended. With its imposing St Mary's Cathedral, the foundations of which were laid back in 815, this cosy town invites you to linger. After an eventful day, the campsite offers delicious food and refreshments in its restaurant. There is also access to the WLAN connection. A kiosk and morning bread roll service round off the culinary offerings at the campsite.
