Slightly sloping meadow terrain with some younger and medium-sized trees. Adjacent to highway and sawmill, separated from both by noise protection walls. View of wooded mountain slopes. Located at a bathing lake.

Beach area (free for campers) with gravel beach and large sunbathing lawn on three sides of the lake. Swimming island, large water slide, diving platform, and balance beam over the water.
