Several sloping grassy areas surrounded by a forest with scattered deciduous and coniferous trees as well as bushes. Between the road and the fjord. View of wooded rocky slopes.

Two narrow sandy beaches, approximately 30 m and 10 m long, between rocks, with a diving platform and a bathing island. Small sunbathing lawn.

Great campsite
Beautifully situated, right by the water. We were there for two days and could have easily stayed longer. Everything was top-notch!

At the Sørlandet Feriesenter, you can spend the night in Scandinavian flair right on the banks of the picturesque Sandnesfjord near Risør in southern Norway. The campsite is cosy and has plenty of pitches and bathing facilities.
Idyllic camping right by the fjord
Not far from the main road in the small village of Risør, guests can park their motorhome on a green meadow right on the edge of the Sandnesfjord. The latter can be explored by kayak or motorboat, which are available for hire at the campsite. If you want to swim in fresh water, it's best to jump into one of the two swimming pools. These are ideal for families and have sun loungers at the edge of the pool. The integrated water mushroom is particularly popular.
Leisure activities all year round
In addition to camping, Sørlandet Feriesenter organises many other activities. Bouncy castles are regularly set up and you can explore the fjord on a tour. The pitches are available all year round. Guests also have access to the communal kitchen into the winter. If you don't want to cook for yourself, you can order food from the on-site restaurant.
