Flat terrain with densely leaved eucalyptus trees and poplars. In addition, there are mat roofs. Railway line within hearing distance.

Along the site area, there is a 100 m long, up to 10 m wide natural stone wall (not accessible), followed by a 1 km long sandy/gravel beach on both sides.
