It is only 1.5 kilometres to the dyke for cycling trips and walks. The comfortable rental accommodation is located between shady trees and colourful flowers. There is a playground and a range of summer activities for children. A cute speciality is the campsite's own herd of goats for petting and feeding. Den Helder is 13 kilometres away.
