The cosy and small campsite is located directly on Bysjön with its small sandy beach and bathing jetty. The lake is also ideal for fishing or canoeing. Campsite with a small beach
This campsite is located on the edge of the village of Näs bruk on the River Dalälven, which widens into a small lake at the campsite. There is direct access from the site to the small sandy beach. This makes the site the perfect starting point for a fishing holiday in Sweden. The pitches are spread over a meadow area and some are directly behind the shore. There are pitches under shady trees as well as pitches in sunny clearings. Safari tents are available for hire. The kiosk with outdoor terrace and snack bar is the campsite's sociable meeting point. The morning starts with a bread roll service on request.
Hire canoes and bikes for excursions
Thanks to the direct waterfront location with bathing jetty and landing stage, the campsite is ideal for swimming and canoeing. The lake-rich surroundings are perfect for long walks and cycle tours. Canoes, boats, stand-up paddles and bicycles can be hired on site. Dogs are very welcome at the campsite and are always welcome on nature-loving excursions. The village centre of Näs bruk is just a few steps away. The nearest larger town with shopping facilities is Avesta, 30 kilometres away. The campsite's own electric car charging station is a practical feature.
