Glamping in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from the Baltic Sea to the Lake District

In the far north of Germany, the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern offers a wide range of opportunities for a glamping holiday with that certain extra comfort. Whether you are travelling to the Baltic Sea or one of the many lakes, glamping combines comfort and independence during the most beautiful time of the year.

The Baltic Sea is clearly at the top of the list of favourites for many glamping guests. Beautiful sandy beaches stretch along the coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. With the gentle winds of the sea, the often gently sloping beaches are also ideal for holidays with children. With a width of up to 100 metres, the Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde can even boast one of the widest beaches on the German Baltic coast. From the tranquil island of Poel and dreamy Hiddensee to Rügen and Usedom, the Baltic Sea islands are also among the most beautiful destinations in the federal state.

From luxury campsites and spacious mobile homes to special features such as a tiny house: the options are just as varied as the choice of destinations. In addition to that pure Baltic Sea feeling, the bathing fun continues in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Countless smaller and larger lakes can be found around towns such as Neustrelitz, Waren (Müritz) and Neubrandenburg. The Müritz, Kölpinsee and Malchiner See are just a few of them. Here you can combine swimming fun with long walks and bike rides in the rural interior of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
