A colourful sea of flowers, azure blue water and an impressive cultural heritage - all this awaits holidaymakers on a naturist camping holiday in Corsica. The Mediterranean island is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and fans of naturism. Whether it's campsites in a fragrant eucalyptus forest or in the middle of a nature reserve - Corsica has a wide selection for naturist fans.
Enjoy magnificent views while hiking, discover the rich cultural heritage of Bonifacio or snorkelling in the diverse marine world - a holiday at a naturist campsite in Corsica offers all this and much more.
If you visit Corsica in spring, you will be rewarded with a colourful sea of flowers. The fragrant maquis spreads across the entire island and it is the ideal time for hiking, canyoning and rafting. Numerous coastal and mountain hiking trails invite you to explore. From leisurely family hiking trails to high alpine mountain tours, Corsica offers a huge choice. Holidaymakers can, for example, climb the Paglia Orba, which is also known as the Matterhorn of Corsica.
It's not just Corsica's mountain peaks that offer a fascinating landscape. There is also plenty to discover underwater. The diving spots at Centuri-Port on Cap Corse, Porto Vecchio and the island of Cerbicale are particularly recommended. Colourful reefs, interesting sea creatures and mysterious shipwrecks await the ambitious diver.
At the southern tip of the island, the town of Bonifacio is enthroned on a narrow headland. The impressive fortified town attracts visitors with its numerous fish restaurants, souvenir shops and bars. Culture and history lovers will also get their money's worth here. Holidaymakers can visit the magnificent Saint-Erasme church, from which a staircase leads to the upper town, or make a stop at the Chapelle Saint-Roch, which was built in 1528 to commemorate the victims of the plague.
A trip to Calvi in the north-west of Corsica is also worthwhile. The picturesque town is dominated by a magnificent citadel on a granite outcrop. Here, visitors can follow in the footsteps of the Middle Ages and visit the mighty fortress walls and the idyllic harbour promenade.
From biking and electronic music to Tibetan choirs, the calendar of events in Corsica offers a wide variety.
