Inclined, partly terraced, undulating meadow with tall deciduous trees. Located between access road and lake, bordered on one side by deciduous forest. Railway line within earshot (no train traffic at night).
Access to water
About 60 m long, up to 15 m wide sandy beach, followed by a small lawn for sunbathing.
