With its direct location on the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic near Rovinj in Istria and its long, private beach, Camping Polari is particularly popular with beach holidaymakers. The mobile homes with sea views in particular promise an idyllic holiday with a maritime flair. Numerous playgrounds, swimming pools and a splash park with water slides make this nature-loving campsite just as popular with families.
Camping Polari welcomes those seeking relaxation and sunshine directly on the Adriatic Sea, around 3.5 km from the historic harbour town of Rovinj on the Istrian peninsula. The extensive holiday village offers travellers over 1,359 pitches for their caravans. The 80 to 120 square metre pitches are located either on the shore with a picturesque view of the sparkling water or shady and hidden under tall pine trees with a lawn. With their own electricity and water connection and drainage, the superior pitches offer the highest level of comfort.
An alternative accommodation option are the mobile homes on the site. These have a living room, bedroom and kitchen area with microwave oven. The cost of a mobile home is per night and per person. Glamping on the campsite is a real treat. The luxury tents also have a living room, bedroom and kitchen area. The maximum number of people per night in these accommodations is six. Glamping is enjoying steadily growing demand. A detailed accommodation overview can be found at reception and bookings can be made online.
A total of 13 modern and well-maintained sanitary facilities are located at the individual sections of the campsite. These are not only equipped with hot showers and washbasins, but also with washing machines, tumble dryers and a dishwashing room. Parents with newborns and younger children will be impressed by the special children's bathrooms and baby changing rooms at Camping Polari. The facilities are also barrier-free thanks to wheelchair-accessible sanitary cubicles. Dogs can also enjoy a family holiday at the pet-friendly campsite, with a dog beach and showers especially for pets. The little campers' favourite attraction is the splash park, which consists of a water playground, a pool with diving platforms, a non-swimmer's pool and a shallow children's pool. Camping Polari impresses with its peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery, but also entertains its guests with lively programmes such as sports entertainment, mini club and dance evenings with live music.
If you want to explore the varied landscape around the campsite, you can hire bikes at Camping Polari. One of the most beautiful cycle routes, for example, is the so-called Ruby Route, which starts in Rovinj and leads through the protected Zlatni rt park forest. Rovinj itself is definitely worth a visit. The natural attraction is ideal for a picnic in the meadows between magnificent cedars and cypresses. Active holidaymakers looking for a thrill can go climbing in the area of the Park Forest at the Golden Cape. Those with a head for heights can climb the vertical cliffs, secured with a rope, and marvel at the panoramic view of the azure blue sea from the top - also the best place to admire the glowing red or golden sunset.
