From the nearby town of Novalja, for example, you can take the 20 kilometre Vodice trail along the coast to the town of Pag. South of Novalja, active travellers pass the bird reserve, home to rare migratory birds. For gourmets, it is worth travelling to Kolan, where a show dairy invites you to taste the famous Pag cheese.
