The lapping of Lake Vänern can be heard from many of the pitches at Ursand Resort & Camping. The long sandy beach is a favourite meeting place for playing. Those who love the wet element will get their money's worth in the pools. There are several slides and a separate play area. Holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet will appreciate the spa at the campsite in Västra. Relaxation is guaranteed in the sauna and whirlpools.
Well-kept holiday site with a unique collection of gold records. The owner was a pop singer and founder of the largest music publishing house in Scandinavia. His label produced, among others, ABBA.

Site
Predominantly flat grassy terrain, interspersed with taller deciduous and coniferous trees. Surrounded by mixed woodland, on the western shore of the lake. Numerous pitches with artificial turf. Some pitches with gravel. The site is located in a nature reserve.
Access to water
Approximately 180 m long and 25 m wide sandy beach, bordered by rocks on both sides. L-shaped jetty with stairs. Adjacent sunbathing lawn.
