A total of 80 pitches with plenty of privacy and several wooden bungalows are available for overnight stays. The leisure facilities are tailored to the natural surroundings and include a children's playground, a meadow to let off steam and archery. In summer, the campsite is an excellent starting point for the popular Rennsteig hiking trail or the Ilm cycle path. In the cold season, the Naturcamp Meyersgrund, which is open all year round, attracts winter sports enthusiasts. In the white season, the proximity to the road proves to be another plus, as the region can experience heavy snowfall and icy conditions.
